I believe, you got to give it to get it and that is a mutual bond, has nothing to do with free… When you give it you expect it back.. earned respect is like saying it could be out of fear they respect you. That’s not respect that wouldn’t even get you loyalty. just saying… Everything else I had other opinions but i figured this was the most important one that I stress. we all have our opinions and I’m just giving you mine. don’t want to ponder someone else’s opinions because no matter how much anyone puts this out there or stresses it, people are hard headed and even more closed off to others.
