here's an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0lNo_JahPs&NR… – he doesn't have his feet elevated though, so grab a bench, and get your feet off the ground. If it's too easy throw a plate on your chest for added resistance.

And I must say..it kicked my ass. And to honest I thought for a min that I should skip the "beginner" part because I have been working out for yrs. Im glad I didnt. Supersets of 15…I was winded by the first set.
