I've spent alot of my time looking after other people but it's not until now that I decided I need to sort myself out before I can help those around me. In terms of my career as a personal trainer, I want to be in a position that I can live comfortably and from there, start employing personal trainers and open my own personal training studio/gym. I also want to become a fitness writer in the media and my own ebooks/books.

They are my goals!

I like setting 1 month, 6 month and 2 year goals, as well as having a an ultimate ambition. The shorter goals focus on habit formation and building the foundation for future success.

Your blogs recently have been awesome mate, keep up the good work!

I've been reading your site for a bit now and this post definitely hit home. As a former college athlete turned college coach/father my goals have changed. The end goal: To look and feel good, to be able to function without pain, to play sports with my athletes, and most importantly to watch my son grow up and be able to be by his side as he accomplishes whatever goals he chooses.

I like your spin on the topic of "Greed". Everyone just relates to it as a horrible thing. Yes it's horrible if you take it to far, but isn't that with anything? I truly believe that if you want to be successful and happy you have to be a little greedy. It's your life, you owe it to yourself.

Keep it up, the bogs great!
