]]>Hey Jonathan,
Thanks for that link – just took a look at it.
It's amazing the effects training can have on us mentally and obviously physically and with regards to confidence and so forth. As far as my greatest achievements in 2011, most of them will have to do with a move, relationships, and in my business.
Thanks for the comment man – looking forward to helping you have a killer 2011 in any way I can!
]]>Great post and great blog! I like your insight and view of life. Keep the posts coming!
Brad
]]>Have you seen Robin's vlog: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYlvYOhI-q8 I just found out about him last week. I may have to check out that book of his!
I liked your idea of using standards instead of goals. I actually may use both – goals and standards. See, I think it's a great idea to have high standards, but why not use goals to keep increasing the challenges in your life? It wouldn't be all that satisfying to live with just high standards.
What was my greatest achievement in 2010? Gosh, what a question! It would probably having a greater sense of pride in myself, more self-confidence, and being a happier version of myself. All of that happened because of weight-training. These positive factors influenced in so many areas in my life that I am still a bit surprised that it all came from weight-training. Wow.
What will be my greatest achievement in 2011? I'm still working on that… will get back to you on that.
What about yours, Chad?
