You’ve actually observed how much weight the other guys are lifting for the past 3 years?! It’s great that you’ve noticed that.

I tend to be quite observant, but I try not to be so observant at the gym so that I can maintain my focus during my time there. I’m starting to see the same people showing up at the same time at various parts of the day. I’ve not really noticed if any of them have changed much…but maybe that is just your point: they don’t change much. Or else some of them are so much bigger than me that they always seem big!
