Tuesday – quads + hips + calves + back + bi’s + forearms
Thursday – same as Monday
Friday or Saturday – same as Tuesday
It may seem like a lot but because you’re doing 2 sets per muscle group + a drop set, the workouts only take 30-45 minutes … if you’re taking 60 seconds rest.
