1. Set up an email tab for this course. You don’t want to miss ANYTHING. For the next few weeks I’ll be sending you an email almost everyday, so make sure you get them, do the tasks I give you, and save them for future reference.
2. Task number one is on Day 3. Just a head’s up. If you’re not a member at a gym, or you don’t have access to weights or a weight room, try and get that done by Monday. Bodyweight training is awesome, but we’re going to focus on the best methods we can possibly focus on over the next month or two of your lessons – which means resistance training.
3. Have an open mind. We’re going to try a bunch of new stuff in this course. But you’re going to love it because it WORKS.
4. If you do the work, expect these results… (me, after my transformation when I was still boxing).
