My discovery of this solution began the day I decided to start fighting.

I got off my skinny-fat ass and walked right into a boxing gym. That was step one.

Step two was finding a training mentor.

I was tired of being a push-over. Embarrassed by the lack of respect I got from peers, and especially frustrated with my lack of success with girls.

I wanted confidence, respect, and building ripped muscle was how I was going to do it…

After years of trying everything I could find in the bodybuilding magazines, online, and in the supplement store, I came to grips with the fact that I needed a lot more help than just flipping through a magazine. 1. What a somanotype is, and how it effects how I train.

A somanotype is a bodytype. There are skinny guys (ectomorphs), muscular guys (mesomorphs), and fat guys (endomorphs]. It turns out ectomorphs and endomorphs can’t train like mesomorphs.

But I’ll tell you more about that in a bit.

2. Building ripped muscle has as much to do with naturally elevating the right hormones, and lowering the wrong hormones as it has to do with anything else.

He showed me how to manipulate growth hormone (GH) and testosterone levels naturally in my body through diet and training tricks. Something that I have included in the solution I’m going to tell you about. Probably why it works so well.

He also showed me how to lower levels of the BAD hormones like cortisol with some other diet and training tricks.

As ectomorphs (naturally skinny guys), if we don’t have high levels of the good hormones, and low levels of the bad hormones, we’re not going to build ripped, powerful, prizefighter muscle. We’ll build soft and puffy muscle if we build any muscle at all.

3. He taught me about optimal training and optimal recovery.

If we train for too long, we burn muscle and store fat. If we don’t recover as effectively as possible, we burn muscle and store fat.

After a month of doing the program, our whol team was on a massive win streak. We all gained considerable power, and packed more muscle than ever before into our fighting weight.

The thing that boxing added to the workouts was intensity, but also unique sets that helped shorten the workouts. Boxers are always combining sets to make a workout harder. What that actually does is create more lactic acid in the body.

Higher levels of lactic acid help us release more growth hormone. When I combined the sets me and my mentor had created, even creating a complete workout that was technically only one continuous set, I hit the jackpot.

I started gaining more than a pound every week.
