Bloody chest and all, I took my testosterone shake and went to bed (I'll tell you what the testosterone shake is, don't worry).
The next day I awoke to a scabbed front.
The day after that the scabs were almost completely gone, and by day 3 my whole chest was healed, albeit with some light scarring.
It didn’t take me long to connect the dots.
